Client Ownership:

All materials provided by the client are the property of the client unless otherwise specified by Robert L. Watts, Jr. or an authorized agent of RLW Empowerment Services, LLC. Hold Harmless Agreement: You agree to hold harmless Robert L. Watts, Jr., RLW Empowerment Services, LLC, and its agents from any liabilities resulting from the services provided in ministry consulting, business consulting, book publishing, or professional development. It is the client's responsibility to ensure that all materials provided are original, properly referenced, and free of plagiarism. Additionally, the client is fully responsible for ensuring that their business or ministry affairs are in legal and financial order.


Fee Agreement:

You agree to pay all required fees for the services provided by RLW Empowerment Services, LLC. Please note that RLW Empowerment Services, LLC, led by Robert L. Watts, Jr., is a consultation service, not a publishing, legal, or accounting firm. The consultation services are designed to assist clients in achieving their goals in ministry, business, book publishing, and professional development. For book publishing services, the primary platform used is KDP Amazon, although other platforms may be considered. An active email, complete address (or business address), SSN/Tax ID, and personal or business account information are required to set up a KDP account for the purpose of processing royalty payments for books sold on Amazon. Any additional services will only be provided if explicitly listed in a written agreement between you (the client) and RLW Empowerment Services, LLC.


Refund Policy:

Refunds are not offered if any work has begun on the project before the client decides to discontinue the services.
