Award-winning Author, speaker, minister, and founder of RLW Empowerment Services, Dr. Robert L. Watts, Jr. (aka Dr. Rob) is also the founder/president of One Flesh Ministries Bible Institute, a Satellite Teaching and Testing Center of ICW Bible College and Seminary.
